We have some extra news about two classes created specially for the festival.
As part of this year’s EatChiswick festival, Borough Kitchen invites you to join a 30-minute knife skills session, where you will learn how to properly hold and use a chef’s and Santoku knife. Classes take place on Saturday June 3 or Sunday June 4 in-store – for timings and tickets see details on the Book Your Place link.
Led by one of Borough Kitchen’s trained chefs, you will walk away with the knowledge of:
- how to properly hold a knife
- the difference between Japanese and Western knives
- how to use a rocking cutting motion
- how to create traditional cuts such as chiffonade, haché, slice, and fine dice
Borough Kitchen is handling the ticketing for this event.
